I ordered 2 items a stillage and a device for lifting bulk bags. I ordered them half hour ofr so apart. I asked for both to go on the same pallet (it would have been very simple) but I was told the first one had already shipped. Very unlikely, didnt appreciate that but no prob. Both, of course, arrived on the same day on 2 separate pallets left a bit of a bad taste in the mouth tbh. The advantage to dealing with UK people is building relationships, a degree of understanding etc. Relationships have to have some degree of flexibility or, same with most things - they break.

We always try to combine items for shipping where possible - it's better for you, and generally more cost effective for us, so it's likely that your items were split for a reason - possibly one item needed to be manufactured. Once orders leave our factory they are fed through 1 or more distribution hub's which is why sometime items can leave our factory at different times, but arrive with customers on the same vehicle.
Everything was great for us, we don't think there is anything to improve on.
